Welcome to Rehan Super Mart (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our e-commerce
website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing
or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you:

Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms; and
Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

descriptions, prices, images, and availability. However:

Product images may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
All features, content, specifications, and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that every product description or other content is complete, reliable, or error-free.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Ordering Process

By placing an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase
products subject to these Terms.

When you place an order:

You will receive an order confirmation via email or in-app notification.
This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

The product is unavailable or out of stock.
There are errors in pricing or product information.
We suspect fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid using
your original payment method, where possible.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Platform are in PKR (unless otherwise stated)
and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.

You agree that:

Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges may be added at checkout.
You will provide valid and correct payment information.

We accept various payment methods, such as credit/debit cards, digital wallets,
or other payment gateways as listed at checkout. By providing payment information,
you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your bank, card issuer,
or payment provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly.
However, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

You acknowledge that:

Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, or other factors.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details may incur
additional charges and could delay delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In general:

Products may be eligible for return or exchange at a time of delivery, subject to conditions.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached (unless faulty).
Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, intimate products, customized items) may be non-returnable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method, where possible,
within a reasonable time.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to:

Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems.

We may, at our discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms.

10. User Content

The Platform may allow you to post reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you:

Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with our business.
Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
Agree that your User Content will not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or modify any User Content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons,
audio clips, video clips, software, and design (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to
Rehan Super Mart and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree that:

You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are our property or that of third parties.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

We are not responsible for:

The content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Any loss or damage that may arise from your use of third-party sites.

You access third-party websites or services at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how
we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance
with the Privacy Policy.

14. Mobile App Usage

When using our mobile app:

You may be required to grant permissions (e.g., notifications, camera, location) to access certain features.
Standard data charges from your mobile network provider may apply.
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app’s source code.

The app may receive automatic updates. By installing the app, you consent to such updates.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and all products and services are provided
on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Any defects or errors will be corrected.
The information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehan Super Mart, its directors, employees,
agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill

arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, products, or services, even if we
have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount
you paid to us for the product or service related to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rehan Super Mart and its
affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages,
losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your use or misuse of the Platform;
Your breach of these Terms; or
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time,
with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms;
Fraudulent or illegal activity; or
Misuse of the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Any obligations or
liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Pakistan/Sindh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the
Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Badin/Sindh.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when
posted on the Platform with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your
acceptance of the revised Terms.
